The application is designed to track the following: maintenance requests/work-orders, violation clearing/repairs, move-ins/move-outs, tenants notices, building inspections, construction punch-lists and building staff responsibilities.
Its main objective is to facilitate communication between the property management team and the building staff in an effort to streamline building operations.
All the forms are uploaded onto the Admin Panel where the Assigned Administrator can login to: manage users and their access level, assign regions to different users and add or remove buildings, apartment numbers, common areas, regions, etc…
